This service consists in:

• a private meeting session of 60 minutes about any topic you want me to help you about: level of practice evaluation, technical critique and adjustment on a specific element, training programming, various educational or nutritional aspects, teaching the approach to calories and macros and more. 

• For the consultation online the communication happens by ZOOM
